What sets Tara Sampson Voice Studio apart?
Each lesson is tailored specifically to suit the goals of the student no matter the experience level or style desired. Private lessons are one-on-one (parents are always welcome to sit in) in order to build a safe, trusting environment. Singing in front of others can be intimidating, especially for young or new singers, so it is important that every student in Tara's studio feels comfortable. Students have the option to focus solely on music theory, vocal performance and technique, audition preparation, or have any combination therein. Every student will receive a personalized guidebook* which includes warm ups, goals, notes, and their expanding repertoire.

Tara provides any and all sheet music - students in other studios are often required to purchase their own sheet music, but at TSVS, all of your materials are provided.
Tara had a vocal injury in 2017 and has since dedicated time and energy into researching vocal injury and prevention. She has worked with voice therapists and Speech-Language Pathologists to learn the best ways to prevent and heal vocal injuries. Tara is now a Clinical Fellow in Speech-Language Pathology with clinical/medical experience rehabilitating injured voices of professional voice users.
Tara is always available for her students, not just in the hour she spends with you. If the studio is open, Tara will reply.
